• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.

• Each individual may open only one account.
• Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
• All information provided during registration must be true and accurate.
• You must confirm that you are placing bets on your own behalf and with your own funds.

• You must provide your correct name, email address, mobile number, and date of birth at the time of registration.
• If any of your information changes, please update your account as soon as possible.
• jadbaj may verify your identity using a national ID card or passport if required.

• Keeping your password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• You must not allow anyone else to access your account.

• jadbaj will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access.

jadbaj reserves the right to investigate, suspend, or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of these Terms.
• If fraudulent activity or bonus abuse is suspected.
• If money laundering or any other illegal activity is suspected.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.

• All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Deposited funds must come from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Identity verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.

The following activities will be considered bonus abuse and may result in account closure:

• Any form of cheating, fraud, or hacking.

• Playing in collusion or coordination with other players.

• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
